Job Description

Reed Accountancyis delighted to be working with a returning client, who are a powerhouse within the UKs growing technology sector. This positionis a permanent and full-time role,with opportunities for progression.My client is searching for a Credit Controllerto join their large finance team based in their vibrant office in the City Centre Of Edinburgh.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining & monitoring the Credit Control inbox
  • Setting up new account applications,
  • Processing credit checks
  • Uploading the daily cash receipts
  • Cashing and tracking the missing payments
  • Chasing the overdue debt
  • Submitting updated statements to clients
  • Monitor client payment history
  • Recommendations and advice on queries regarding accounts receivable.
  • Recommending accounts are suspended for non-payment.
  • Setting up payment plans with clients
  • Maintain proper records of client accounts and purchasing activities.
  • Conducting the monthly reconciliation of debtor ledger accounts
  • Maintaining and build relationships with clients and colleagues within the organisation
