Its primarily a management position, but youll maintain a small caseload to keep your skills fresh, aswell as acting as the escalation point for any clinical issues.Just as youll ensure that your teams have mentoring and development support, well do the same for you, with extensive training and ongoing support. Its a chance not only to develop your leadership experience, but also to help us develop the service andreach more people.Its a role that requires experienceof clinical supervision, of managing teams, of allocating and managing referrals and supporting general adult mental health.
