This opportunity will be based in its Edinburgh office where the residential property team is seeking a new solicitor/associate due to organicgrowth.You will be handling your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. This will include (but not limited to)receiving, advising, and noting instructions, preparing and adjusting drafts/title deeds, carrying out registrationsand coordinating the settlements of sales.The ideal candidate will have residential conveyancing experience and bring a positive “can do” attitude.
