Job Description

Contracts & Licencing CoordinatorsPermanent, full time Edinburgh Based£22,000 + bonusReed are thrilled to be working with a highly successful Edinburgh based software company who work Internationally, predominantly within the Oil & Gas Industry. Our client is looking to expand their Contracts & Licencing Department due to company growth and an increase in workload.They are looking for 2 motivated graduates to join as Contracts & Licensing Coordinators in their Edinburgh office. As part of the small team you will work closely with your colleagues, in a hands-on position, to ensure the provision of an efficient and quality contractual service to the company’s local and international clients. These roles would particularly suit a Law Graduate who does not want to persue a career in Legal Practice. Please see further details below:Typical duties include:

  • Preparation of price quotations for software for new and existing clients, utilising the company database
  • Preparation of more complex tender/bid documentation
  • Preparation of licence agreements and addenda
  • Going through tender processes
  • Liaising with clients via email, in particular around T&Cs
  • Distribution of product and associated shipping documentation and sales invoices
  • Assisting clients with download and security device problems
  • Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the Company
  • To be considered for these roles, candidates must have the following:
  • University Degree
  • Excellent written and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills in particular email
  • Teamworking skills and driven nature
