Job Description

One of Scotlands premier law firms is looking for an Associate to join their Construction & Projects Division. The role will be based in Edinburgh.The Construction & Projects Division acts for a large number of contractors, local authorities, developers, and investors requiring assistance with large-scale projects and developments. This work will focus on the resolution of high-value construction andengineering disputes and concerns the healthcare, residential, commercial, education, harbour and energy developments sectors. The role will involve working as part of a team, supervising and delegating to junior lawyers as well as assisting senior lawyers.You will also have the opportunity to take the lead in drafting and presenting adjudications.The firm aims to provide an environment that is inclusive and supportive that celebrates individuality and openness.
