Our client is a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland where its top ranked Real Estate team now seeks a commercial property solicitor to join the team based in Edinburgh.In this role you will gain exposure to some of the best investment and development work in the Scottish market. You will have the opportunity to be involved inacting for a large list of retail clients, hotel and leisure operators, commercial investors anddevelopers, as well as funders. The role also has an international reach where you will engage regularly with lawyers across several jurisdictions.The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and interest for the property industry as well as drive and passion. Consideration will also be given to solicitors with a residential conveyancing background who are perhaps looking to expand intocommercial property.You will be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
