A business that has beendescribed as home by existing employees, we drive a culture that is founded on positive change and development.Summary of the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Relationship Consultant to join the Commercial function at Diligenta.You will play a key part in providing commercial services to the Diligenta Lloyds Banking Group client, managing a number of commercial activities and escalations to deliver an exceptional customer experience, whilst maximising commercial value to Diligenta.You will be responsible for proactively managing commercial challenges to the upmost quality and through governance mechanisms to proactively look for ways to improve the relationship and identify areas for the development of related service offerings.This opportunity would be perfect for someone that has strong relationship management skills, that is looking to work for a company that offers great progression opportunities and a good work culture.Benefits

What youll be doing
  • Management of key client contracts, ensuring all business changes are supported through account development and management.
  • Work with the wider Diligenta organisation to avoid overlap, maintain inter working opportunities and best practice application, ensuring the needs of contract governance are represented and recognised across all business units.
  • Maintain fully operable formal client and management frameworks for all applicable clients.
  • Manage and report service reviews with applicable business stakeholders to ensure rigour and discipline is applied to all client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and take responsibility for the negotiation of additional services to the client in the form of CCNs by impact assessing.
  • Establish key high-level reports which give senior management an oversight of key relationships.
  • To manage and maintain existing relationships by providing an excellent service and identifying further opportunities.
  • To understand the clients requirements and existing structure and managing new project and service commercial deals appropriately.
