The ideal candidate will act as one of the Product Champions for Cloud services throughout the Ekco Group.Customer Support & Service DeliveryOne of the key aspects of the role will be to assist new and existing customers on their journey to the public cloud from either on-prem or other private or public cloud services and to deploy new environments or services. We are also seeing a need to supportcustomers with the more niche aspects of public cloud, utilising the myriad of as a Service offerings within the stack and across the marketplace.Also, Ekco provides a first-class service to customers, providing responsive, agile support. Another one of your responsibilities is to respond to customers needs including incident management, change management and work with our account managers to ensurethe customers enjoy an awesome service.Essential Skills / Experience:
