Job Description

Clinical or Counselling psychologist with the Health Care and Professions Council registration wanted!£53,000 - £60,000 p/a (pro rates to days worked)Here at Nonstop we are looking for a clinical or counselling psychologist to fill a really interesting role with great development opportunities such as growing into a senior position. Permanent employment with a growing and reputable service that has beenpresent in the market for 15 years, working with big corporations such as Tesco and Jaguar Land Rover. UK wide opportunities!The role can be part-time or full-time (minimum 3 days per week)Fully remote with face-to-face optionsIndividual supervision (fortnightly) and specially curated weekly team CPD sessionsRequired to complete 6 clinical hours (out of 7.5 hours per day)The company is one of the leading providers of psychological services to the workplace sector. If in-person clinic time particularly resonates then we will give you the opportunity to see patients face to face as well as remotely wherever possible.The RoleClinical roles are very varied. In addition to delivering high quality psychological assessment and treatment to high-functioning patients who are motivated to get well, you also get to work across a very diverse clinical caseload with varied clinical presentationsand contextual factors. A typical working week may also include the following as part of your clinical hours:

  • The opportunity to develop specialist skills in workplace-focused psychological therapy and delivery of training within this context
  • The opportunity to contribute to service development to support further business growth
  • The preparation and delivery of relevant mental health workshops for key clients
  • Individual supervision (fortnightly) and specially curated weekly team CPD sessions
  • Training, peer supervision, self-care and team business meeting slots
  • Plus youll also be supported with the provision of an annual development plan to help you achieve your long term career goals with Psych Health.
The Person
  • Health care and professions council registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists, ideally with experience in a relevant context, for example, Primary Care or workplace/ OH settings
  • Experience in a similar role providing a range of evidence-based psychological therapy models and brief therapy/interventions
  • Individuals who are keen to develop in their role, learn new skills in new contexts and contribute to service development
  • Individuals who are wishing to offer only online therapy OR those looking for balance and flexibility in offering a mixture of online and face-to-face therapy in one of our dedicated clinic spaces around the country
  • Team player who is keen to be part of a large and growing group of psychologists
  • Experienced working with adults and has a broad range of clinical experience to draw upon
