Job Description

Join us as a Change Service Manager

  • This role will see you influencing stakeholders at all levels across the bank to improve our services and customer journeys
  • Youll play a crucial role in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and supporting bank-wide stability through your delivery of change management disciplines
  • Join a collaborative and innovative team, where youll be recognised for your expertise and specialist knowledge of technology change management process controls
What youll doAs a recognised specialist, youll be supporting the process owner in managing and maintaining the change management process and supporting tooling workflows via the identification and use of data metrics that identify trends in support of bank-wide servicestability. Well look to you to act with pace when recovering or protecting service, and with thoroughness when considering the risk to service. Youll also be:
  • Supporting the b uilding and maintena nce of capability across the Change Management team to make sure knowledge of the toolset capabilities support the deliverables that meet the needs of the bank
  • Contributing to and supporting some of the wider technology and people-focused activities to fulfil the needs of the bank
  • Collaborating, communicating, and influencing stakeholders internally and externally within the change management area
  • Supporting the process owner in ensuring the process controls remain fully compliant, turning operational process improvements into ServiceNow tooling ideas to enable their delivery
The skills youll needWere looking for someone with advanced knowledge of technology c hange m anagement disciplines including the ServiceNow toolset, with broader knowledge of the technical environment , including platform, technology, products and domains. Youll also need tobe a capable communicator and have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to colleagues and stakeholders. Additionally, youll need:
  • Practical experience of the technology change management process
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong k nowledge of Agile and DevOps practices covering value stream, portfolio, platform and feature team levels
