Job Description

Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for People Change Manager to be Scotland based out.Job Title= Change Manager Location = Glasgow/Edinburgh/ Aberdeen - Hybrid Duration= 6 Months InitiallyIR35 Status: Inside Candidates required/essential experience:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Partner with the Process and Performance team to understand the process impacts of the changes being implemented (process mapping.
  • Ideally would know ADCAR Methodology but rather people with Practical experience than just Theory based.
  • Knowledge of PROSCI Change Framework
  • Must have Change planning.
