Job Description

Cash Management Technician | Permanent | Edinburgh | Hybrid (3-4 days in the office) | Up to £27,000Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a leading Financial Services company in their search for a Cash Management Technicianto join the Finance Team on a full time, permanent basis.A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to;Key Responsibilities

  • Record all cheques on the appropriate core system, update the safe log and ensure cheques are properly safeguarded until they reach the bank in accordance with CASS 7.
  • Process all outgoing manual payments (CHAPS & Foreign Transfers) to our longstanding customers with accuracy ensuring appropriate sign-off has been obtained. Ensure compliance with the CASS regulations.
  • Provide payment or receipt-related reports and information to customers/LBG within agreed timescales.
  • Prepare and input manual journals where required.
If you;
  • Strong Communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience with reconciliations
  • Experience working within financial services and to FCA Guidelines
  • Experience working within a payments function
Salary: Up to £27,000Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in the officeBenefits include;
