Are you a professional Care assistant, Support worker or a Care Worker based in Perth area looking for your next career move If so, this competitively paid role as a Care Assistant, Support worker or Care Worker could be for you. The right candidate will earn £9.00 - £13.00 per hour in a flexible working schedule covering weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.Youll be attending to the personal care needs of residents, Support workers will also be assisting to maintain and achieve personal activities within the community.. Administering medication by following care plans, medication records and our clients policy and procedure. Appropriate record-keeping, including completion of personal care records, medication records and care plans. Supporting individuals within group homes Supporting daily activitiesOur client encourages positive teamwork so youll be expected to work closely with your colleagues, who included Support Workers, Care Assistants and Care Workers. As part of the role youll need to be supportive, reliable, inclusive and understanding of the needs and views of others and be an effective communicator.What youll need to provide: NVQ Level 2 in Care, or a willingness to complete it alongside regular NVQ and statutory training where required. Basic food hygiene qualifications.
