Business Support Coordinator Location: Edinburgh - full office basedSalary: £23,000 - £28,000 + benefitsWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pmA highly successful and well-known estate agency are looking for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join their busy office based in Edinburgh.As the Business Support Coordinator you will be the point of contact for supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and managing property marketing.Key responsibilities will include:* Providing administrative support to the lettings team* Creating property activity records and marketing recommendation reports to clients* Producing content for and managing the property portals, social media, and advertising in branch and online* Supplying content for regional publications, central marketing campaigns and PR* Managing compliance processes for both tenants and landlords ensuring best practice regulations and conduct reporting* Liaise with clients and the team for arranging viewings and appraisals* Act as first point of contact for the office and assisting visitors accordingly* Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings, MBOs and ad hoc requirementsExperience and expertise required:* At least 2 years experience in a similar administrative role* Knowledge and previous experience working in the property industry is advantageous* A motivated, ambitious and organised team player* Confident at dealing with individuals of all levels* Strong all-round administrative and time management skills* Strong IT skills* Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail* Exceptional standard of English grammar and spelling - written and verbal.If you have the relevant skills and experience and want to work for a market leader in the industry, get in touch today!Apply via the advert today or contact Emma Smith directly at GKR International Property Recruitment - Business Support division.
