Job Description

Business Manager, Wealth AdviceThe purpose of the role is to support and improve the effectiveness of the CEO. Responsibilities include:

  • To draft Board papers and all other internal and external reporting for the CEO
  • To support and facilitate delivery of key projects and initiatives
  • To track Senior Leadership Team actions on behalf of the CEO
  • To undertake research on the advice and adviser markets, presenting information to stimulate/support discussion at Senior Leadership Team Level
  • To run the agenda and minutes of key meetings in conjunction with the PA
  • To ensure that all of the CEOs various own outstanding actions are tracked and resolved
The successful candidate would require:
  • Deep knowledge of the UK Advice market
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory regime, governance and Board requirements
  • Experience in operating at SLT level
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong presentational and communication skills
