Role -The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales of clinical solutions including infection control products, wound sterilisation, contamination control, sterilisation products and specialist filtration products. The Business DevelopmentManager will be responsible for both new business on their territory with significant focus on training clients and aligning them with the company. This will be pure Hospital sales and key contacts will include procurement, Infection Control Nurses, TVNs,CSSD, Theatres, Endoscopy, NHS Logistics.Applicant -
  • Applicants for this position will either be currently selling into the hospital market or have worked in a clinical position in the past with current commercial experience.
  • Key to succeeding is a consultative sales approach, tenacity and hunger to succeed.
  • Applicants could be working as a medical Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist / Nurse Advisor or similar.
  • High quality pharma candidates looking to move into a "close based" sales are invited if hugely driven and sales orientated.
  • Applicants need to be new business focused and able to close business.
  • It is key that the appointed person is hard working, ethical and able to develop strong working relationships with clinical and procurement staff.
  • The self motivated, hard working sales or clinical professional will want to further their career and be target / objective focused.
