Pure Tech has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team.Location: EdinburghSalary: Competitive + commissionContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeHours: Monday - Friday 08:00 -17:00About Us:PureTech is a fast growing family owned business based in Havant, Hampshire, and is a leading provider of CCTV & Security.With branches across the UK and Ireland, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in EdinburghBusiness Development Manager – The Role:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing sales, developing existing accounts and bring in new business from new customers.This is a hybrid role based from the Edinburgh branch with the majority of time spent visiting external customers and there may be a requirement for working/ travelling outside of the normal branch trading hours to meet the needs of the customer and business.Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts for new and existing customers from sales to delivery- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Identify and understand the needs of the customers- Recommend appropriate products and services- Build and maintain new and existing accounts- Produce quotes and proposals for clients- Work closely with external Key Account Managers- Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched- Achieve KPI’s focussed on call statistics, sales figures, and product lines- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersBusiness Development Manager – Skills & Experience:- Previous experience in sales account management background- The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with your customers- Establish strong relationships with new clients by using your own initiative- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team where necessary- Able to work to multiple deadlines / timeframes- Demonstrable experience of proactive sales by telephone- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver excellent customer experience- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- An ability to deliver on time and to tight deadlinesBusiness Development Manager – Benefits:- Car allowance and fuel card- Excellent OTE potential with bonus paid monthly- Regular additional sales incentives- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays- Private medical after probationary period- Company pension contributionsTo submit your application for this exciting Business Development Manager opportunity, please click Apply now!
