Job Description

Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Business Change & Transformation Manager based in Scotland paying £55,000 - £65,000 plus a strong benefits package.The CompanyThis consultancy operates right across the United Kingdom working with some of the most exciting, entrepreneurial and up & coming businesses that Britain has to offer. Its sweet spot is sub 100m turnovers business operating in key sectors such as technology,food & drink, FMCG, manufacturing, energy etc. The RoleThe position of Business Change & Transformation Manager will work with these businesses to positively impact their bottom line and balance sheet by:

  • Reviewing strategy & advising on implementation
  • Creation and implementation of balanced scorecards & KPIs
  • Identifying and resolving business bottlenecks & blockages
  • Profit improvement
  • Cost management
  • Supply change management
  • Enhancing MI through BI development
  • System enhancements - automation and ERP developments/implementations
  • Developing processes, procedures, controls
Candidate ProfileWe are looking to engage with individuals that have a strong background in change management, specifically with a proven track record of leading and executing transformation projects. Qualifications such as accountancy, PRINCE2 or lean modules would be advantageousbut not essential.On OfferThe role can be based anywhere in Scotland, however the preference would be within the central belt of Scotland with Edinburgh or Glasgow as the base but North of Scotland applications will also be considered. The Consultancy are happy to provide flexible andhybrid (home & office working) but the individual must be prepared to travel to client sites. The role will offer:
  • £55,000 - £65,000 base salary
