Are you an experienced and forward thinking Business Analyst with strong CRM experience and a passion for driving processes forwardIf so please read on....Client DetailsA highly respected organisation.DescriptionYou will be working within a fantastic organisation as the sole Business Analyst responsible for the documentation of the organisations requirements and processes working closely with end users and vendors. In this role you will be rewarded with a competitivesalary of up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience with a host of further amazing benefits including 30 days holiday + 9 bank holidays, very strong pension contributions, flex time, 35 hour working week and a number of additional benefits. This rolecan be done remotely, however office days will be required as per business need.If this sounds interesting to you, please read on…..What you will bring to the role:

  • Document business requirements for new CRM systems.
  • You will contribute towards the definition of business requirements templates and a process for capturing requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Conducting training sessions to promote user adoption of new systems.
  • Analysing and defining business processes to improve system efficiencys.
ProfileWhat you will bring:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ideally you will have expoure to Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
