EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY - Business Analysis - Central Belt ScotlandAre you a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with your client, understanding what they need through tenacious fact finding and look for the most effective path to the best solution possible Then I want to speak to you!Henderson Scott are the exclusive agency partner supporting a world renowned consultancy hiring additional Business Analysts for their busy team in Scotland. I am keen to speak to candidates who have:

  • Proven background working as a Business Analyst within corporate environments
  • Excellent business analysis skills covering most of the following
    • Analytical & Critical Thinking
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Requirement gathering including workshop facilitation, one-to-ones, etc.
    • AS IS TO BE analysis
    • Gap Analysis
    • Process Mapping
    • Cost Benefit Analysis
    • Documentation e.g. user stories, BRD, business case, TOM, solutions summaries
    • Agile & Waterfall methodology experience
  • A professional Business Analysis Certification would also be nice
In addition, any project experience covering the following would be a distinct advantage:
  • Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Public Sector
  • Project experience: Data, Automation / RPA, Digital Transformation, Testing
  • Product experience: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Guidewire, etc.
You can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow with the expectation to work 2-3 days onsite but otherwise remotely. Flexibility to travel infrequently to other UK locations is preferred.They have opportunities available at all levels, including at Team Lead / Project Lead level.
