To provide multi skilled technical resource for all aspects of Building Services maintenance and Facilities Management (FM) related activity. To ensure that all aspects of building services and associated maintenance activity is carried out in line withthe SFG20 framework as well as supporting conditional maintenance activity.Client DetailsUnique in the UK in being a large-scale investment business that has remained an independent private partnership. This ownership structure has allowed them to keep their efforts focused entirely on their clients and their investments.Description* Reactive maintenance activity with a focus on first fix attendance* Ability to provide installation support from, new sockets, data points, containment,new light fittings within commercial environments as well as domestic style areas* Health & Safety tasks, identifying any gaps in departmental knowledge* Duty to ensure all planned maintenance activity is kept up to date and all servicesheets from suppliers are submitted timely with remediation activity created* Taking the lead on technical tasks and routine maintenance activity for our sites* Procurement of technical spares as and when needed, trialling of new technologies* Support on-site small to medium size refurb works* Involvement in significant events throughout the year e.g., shutdowns, blackouttesting, critical plant testing and maintenanceProfile* 18th Edition Electrical qualification with valid grade card or Building Service multi skilled to SVQ Level 3Nice to have:* Inspection & Testing Course 2391* IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) Working or Managing safely* Water Hygiene accreditation* Experience in commercial electrical installations in occupied office environments;Interacting effectively with office staffJob OfferYoull not only be working with commercial maintenance and repair of general power and lighting activities, you will have training and development to work on new software and kit before anyone else, but also help to shape its functionality with regards toSMART Building Systems and Technology.This opportunity will provide the ideal candidate with the autonomy to work on a Smart Building and be at the forefront as to how Technology is used in the day to day operations of a smart building from cctv, infrastructure to room booking systems as wellas lighting controls and temperature.Excellent Salary Opportunity £NEG DOEExcellent benefits Package
