* Branch Manager - Edinburgh* £40,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience plus profit share* 5 days per week (40-hour week), Mon-Sun rota-based shiftsOff to Work is looking for our next Branch Manager in Edinburgh to focus on growing this developing area of our business. Some of the aspects you will be responsible for as Branch Manager in Edinburgh will include:* Business development and driving new sales across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.* Proactively identify and pursuing new business opportunities, to grow the client portfolio and revenue streams and maintain a real focus on quality delivery.* Champion the Off to Work brand at all times, and communicate our ethos through working practices.* Maintain, nurture and develop client relationships.* Ensure all office processes and procedures are adhered to.* Attend and assist with Event Quality Checks on-site, in order to deliver an immaculate, well-groomed team, in line with client requirements.* Ensure the operations team are following best practices.* Management of branch P&L, annual budget setting and quarterly reviews, with full support of Director of Operations.What we require from our Branch Manager in Edinburgh:* Must live in Edinburgh or surrounding area, have good knowledge of the area and good networking avenues within hospitality.* At least 3 years experience working within the hospitality / events industry, preferably within a staffing and recruitment based role.* Strong operational and administrative skills.* Acute ability, personal discipline and drive to work autonomously and effectively.* Excellent communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English. Must be comfortable working telephonically.* Strong time-management skills, with drive and determination, attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks.* Creative and capable of finding workable resolutions for long-term success.* Exemplary work-ethic with the ability to provide nothing but perfection, even under pressure.* Fully computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems is advantageous.* An inspirational leader who isnt afraid to get their hands dirty.* Full and clean drivers license preferable with a willingness to travel throughout the wider region. Quarterly travel and occasional work away days will be required.
