Since 1993 weve been finding better ways to solve complex technology problems for some of the worlds leading organisations and delivered solutions that millions of people use every day.We bring together experts from diverse backgrounds and experiences in a collaborative and open culture to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients, and a stimulating and rewarding environment for our people.Our clients tell us that our people are the best theyve worked with - not only because of their professional ability, but also their behaviour and attitude.About the RoleDo you want to work as part of a high-tempo team that is integral to winning strategic work Are you an experienced and proven bid writer who can work to tight deadlinesDo you have an excellent understanding of (and consistently practise and evangelise) the fundamental elements of a winning responseWere looking for an experienced bid and proposal writer to join our growing presales team, to help support our ambitious growth plans.This is a hands-on writing and bid/proposal writing and management role that requires liaising with a range of contributors to deliver high-quality, compelling responses to bids and tenders for some of the worlds leading organisations.Youll manage and write bids and proposals from end to end, convening response teams and producing high-quality bids and proposals.As well as managing the written and editorial aspects of the proposal development process, youll work with the sales, industry and delivery teams to identify win themes and adapt responses to client requirements, whilst presenting the very best of BJSS.About YouYou will have recent experience of bid/proposal writing and leading presales pursuits within a busy presales team, in a fast-moving commercial environment, working to tight deadlines.Youll thrive on managing a complex and ever-changing workload that involves context-switching and juggling multiple competing obligations.Youll lead by example, and be adept at communicating complex, technical concepts to a wide variety of readers.Youll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues from a variety of disciplines, up to Board level, and be comfortable managing expectations and pushing back where needed.Highly desirable to possess a degree in English, or a relevant subject.Some of the Perks
