  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering their questions, and offering advice on beauty and skincare.
  • Upsell beauty products and treatments to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by establishing rapport and delivering personalized services.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining treatment records.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
  • Excellent technical skills in performing facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services.
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications, as required by local regulations.
