Job Description

We are recruiting for part-time and full-time Bar Staff, Supervisors, Waiting Staff and an AGM at a new opening at a bar for this magnificent brand, located at Edinburgh Airport, Midlothian. This company has seen phenomenal success and in just over 15 years,they have gone from a zero base to being the UKs number one in their field and ranked in the top 10 to work for in their sector in 2021.About the brandTheir first ever bar is due to launch in May 2022 at Edinburgh airport and, as such, they are looking for a team. It is going to be a flagship siteone which will be a showroom and will aid the business in creating a successful bars business.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join, whether you are, just starting out, seeking the next move in your career, or established in a current rolewed love to hear from you.About the roleAll of their staff will be the face of the brand and you are responsible for every guest having the most memorable and genuine experience from start to finish. You will:

  • Have a clear passion for the job and want to use your skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Be interactive with guests with a care of service and the offering
  • Passionatelyshare your knowledge of the brand.
  • Serve premium crafted food & drinks menusfrom pairing flights to designer signature drinks
  • Actively take part in training programs and other Fever-tree knowledge enriching programs
About youThe kind of Bar Staff, Supervisors, Waiting Staff and AGM we are looking for:
  • Ideally you are currently established in similar roles, and having had experience within the hospitality environment, yet a great work mindset is indispensable.
  • Possess a sense of pride in your work, and a passion in delivering the very ultimate customer experience to showcase the Fever-tree brand.
  • Solid team player, who wants to be part of a hard-working team that supports each other and knows how to have fun along the way.
  • Keen eye for details, an organized approach, and the eagerness to exceed guest expectations.
  • Prepared to work early mornings, day, night shifts, weekends & holidays.
About the rewardsThe roles of Bar Staff, Supervisors, Waiting Staff attract salaries in the range of £10 - £11 per hour and the AGM role offers £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Benefits include:
