Job Description

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Assistant Facilities Manager for a 2 month contract on a rate of £15/hour PAYE. This role will be based onsite. Responsibilities:- Day to day catering (ordering and replenishing tea and coffee trays, ordering and replenishing milk, water and fruit, tidying the 4th floor canteen and 5th floor kitchen, managing the fridge stock and filling and emptying of the dishwashers, ordering andreplenishing dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and napkins- Outside catering (taking orders for breakfast and lunch, presenting and clearing away food, liaising with facilities, arranging the hire of chairs and equipment as and when required, signing the book for goods received- Couriers (liaise with reception for transferring goods to the company site and receiving and distributing goods- Meeting rooms (take orders for tea, coffee and light snacks for meeting rooms, ensure they are clean and tidy, ensure flipcharts are clean and stocked, and set out and return external seating cushions- Ordering catering supplies and collecting and putting away the goods- Some computer work utilizing IT skillEssential Skills:- Must be of smart professional appearance and be an excellent communicator- Must also possess a friendly, calm and welcoming demeanourIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.Indeedpublicsector
