Job Description

Air Conditioning Service Engineer required for our client who is a successful HVAC company that own 3 different manufactures and operates across 65 countries. They are currently looking for an Air conditioning service engineer to join their team due to expansionacross the UK. They are looking for an engineer who will travel in and around Edinburgh carrying out service and maintenance across their wide variety of contracts that range from Banks, insurance companies, data centres and gyms. The engineer will work ona range of systems and manufactures including Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Daikin and Flakt/DencoDuties include diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plants including AC split systems/multi-systems, AHU, refrigeration units, motors, pumps, compressors, fans, drives, ground and air source heating systems. Ensuring all Health and Safetyobligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team. Coordinating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners. Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times. Producing, managing and maintaining criticalspares lists.Air Conditioning Engineer - Edinbrugh Position Requirements

  • F-Gas 2079
  • Full UK Driving license
  • Proven track record in working with AC systems, AHU and refrigeration systems.
  • Experience in working to appropriate health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience in troubleshooting installations, fault finding, and repairs.
  • Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment.
  • Ability to follow work instructions read and interpret technical diagrams whilst reporting technical information as required.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Edinburgh.
Air Conditioning Engineer - Edinbrugh Position Remuneration
  • Salary £35,000 - £39,000
  • Company van + full private use allowed
  • 40 working week 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Travel paid after 30 minutes
  • Plenty of Overtime available Mon - Sat x1.5 Sunday + bank holiday x2
  • 1 - 6 call out rota - Door to Door travel pay when on call
