The office provides consultancy to deliver the Scottish Government’s programme of Preparing for SustainableFarming with increasing farmer demand for agricultural technicians to do Soil Sampling, Carbon Audits, and Animal Health and welfare plans. It also works on national projects, and we require the post holder to perform farm business accounts analysis.The successful candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and produce highly accurate, up to date reports to fulfil the requirements of the post.The ideal candidate should be educated to SCQF Level 6 or above.. A degree in an Agricultural/Business related subject would be an advantage.
