Job Title: Agile Coach Location: EdinburghSalary: £55,000 - £75,000About the Role:What a great time to come into this large-scale transformation programme and help move the company to a complete Agile approach with 50% of the company already there meaning there will be challenges to implement change but exciting opportunities to educate and upskill people and to really see the results of your delivery. This is a busy role with lots to but shared between a small team of people. There is a small amount of travel with this position, >20% at most.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Agile coach, someone who is passionate about Agile as an approach but accepting of not working as a pure Agileist due to the need and focus to upskill half the company still. We are looking for someone who has delivered a similar task within a transformation programme truly from the end-to-end to have seen the positive and constructive aspects of a programme. We are looking for someone with the gravitas to operate at C level and across the whole business. We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and excellent communication skills.About the CompanyThis company are an industry leading, global organisation with a very strong footprint in Edinburgh. They are growing organically through organisational changes meaning it is a very exciting time to be on-board.
