Job Description

AdministratorBased in Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid)£10.75 - £13 per hour + holiday payREED Business Support are delighted to be working with a modern consultancy firm based in Edinburgh city centre who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary - to - permanent basis. Working in a dynamic business, you will be responsible forsupporting various teams with a host of administrative duties and will have the potential to progress within the business.This is a great opportunity to ambitious candidates with a knack for administration.Details:

Key responsibilities:
  • Acting as the go-to Administrator role for the Operations Team and the wider business
  • Supporting managers to compile reports
  • Liaising with different teams to get information for upcoming reports
  • Altering and formatting documents
  • Working against deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track
  • Organising and arranging meetings
  • Attending meetings when required - taking notes and circulating agendas
  • Covering the phones when required
  • Ensuring office stock levels are maintained
  • Hosting clients and setting up meeting rooms when events are taking place
  • Various ad hoc admin duties
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator or in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise and work against deadlines
