Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a P/T administrator to work on an assignment at our well-known Public-Sector client based in Edinburgh.24 hours per week - Wednesday and Friday office based - Hybrid working£13.31 per hourStarting ASAP - 12 Month assignmentBased - SaughtonThe main duties would be:

  • Assist HR Casework Officer with updating personal information on inaccessible HR Online
  • Assist HR WAS Casework Officer with proof reading/formatting of documents for wider distribution, such as updated versions of part 2 of the workplace adjustment Employee Passport
  • Assist HR WAS Casework Officer with processing OH referrals via Optima online system, this involves raising and retrieving reports from the online system.
  • Assist HR WAS Casework Officer with admin duties associated with casework, specifically in relation to storing and uploading information directly into individuals documents of records on the e-HR system and or HR Casework file on eRDM.
  • Assist HR WAS Casework officer to navigate around the offices and other premises. The Casework officer will have responsibility for his own safety, but you will act as a guide and provide feedback on possible obstacles as required. Visual impairment awarenessand sighted guide training can be sourced to assist with this if required.
  • Assist HR WAS Casework officer with wellbeing tasks when in the office: E.G. making hot drinks and collecting lunch from the kitchen.
Essential:
  • Strong admin experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • People person
  • Team player
  • Previous experience within similar role
  • IT skills such as Microsoft Outlook, word and excel and booking systems.
