Job Description

CrossReach, one of Scotland’s leading social care providers, is searching for an experienced senior administrator to work within our East Counselling Service Business Support Team. The demand for professional mental health support in Scotland has never beenhigher and CrossReach’s Counselling Services are at the forefront of quality mental health support. The Business Support team provides administrative supportto our counselling function, ensuring that we can help and support as many clients as possible. This post will work closely with the rest of our Business Support to handle phone and email enquiries from clients, making and re-arranging bookings and providingadministrative support to the wider counselling function. This role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to use and develop your excellent IT and administrative skills in support our therapeutic teams.
