Job Description

Administrator£12 - £14 per hourCentral EdinburghTemporary until 31st January37 hours per week, Monday to FridayTate are working in partnership with the Phoenix Group to identify a strong Administrator to join their central Edinburgh office on a temporary basis.This assignment is required to start with immediate effect to assist a short-term project until 31st January.   • Proactive scheduling/maintenance of on-call rota system across the department.
  • Communicating and arranging training sessions.
  • Organising meetings/conference calls & task monitoring/progression management.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records across current document security/access programmes.
  • Monitoring shared email inbox.
  • Ensuring reporting deadlines are met by being organised and efficient with time management.
  • General administration support to departmental managers as required.
