Our client is looking for an AdministratorClient DetailsA leading law firmDescriptionDaily Client Opening/Closing.Assist with relief reception duties, including break, lunchtime, and between 5pm and 5.30pm as scheduled in conjunction with the full-time and relief receptionists.Manage daily collection of confidential waste for secure disposal on weekly basis.Full mailroom duties - collection of mail from all departments, processing of all Royal Mail/DX/LP and delivering to designated pick up areas. Maintaining mailroom stock.Collection, scanning and filing of correspondence and documents, replenishing paper stock to all printersAssisting with maintaining & updating databases: Anti Money Laundering database; Marketing database, Contact database etcAssist in the creation of new files and archiving of old files as requestedAssist with the daily monitoring and process of Anti Money Laundering proceduresSourcing general mailroom suppliesProvide support to Front of House Assistant when requiredEnsuring that all filing/titles are stored correctly, and the filing room is kept tidy allowing the easy retrieval of filesEnsuring all fire exits are opened and locked dailyCopying and binding client documents including plans sent to external providersGeneral office maintenance tasks -moving/ unpacking boxes & stock; shredding confidential waste, delivery & uplift of boxes, ensuring Front of House is kept clean and presentable and secureAssist with any other support duties as and when requiredProfileA varied role to include, but not limited to, the list of duties below. You must be reliable, be able communicate effectively with a confident telephone manner, be enthusiastic and willing to learn, have the ability to work as a small team and have goodorganisational skills.
