Job Description

Are you an administrator looking for a new challengeOffice Angels has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative/Customer Service Assistant to join our clients team based in Edinburgh City Centre. Working on a full-time permanent basis the successful candidate will receive a salary of £19,500 to £21,500per annum. The hours of work are Monday to Friday either 9am-5pm or 10am to 6pm - there is an option to split your working week between our clients office in Edinburgh and your home once your initial training is complete. Our client likes to work with alltheir team to provide a mix that suits everyone.Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handling bookings from customers via email and social media to build efficient diaries for our clients franchisees
  • Answering phone calls from customers to create, amend or cancel bookings
  • Answering phone calls from operators to help with any logistical issues and help with their day-to-day queries
  • Overseeing an automated booking system, ensuring everything is running smoothly
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks such as scheduling subscription clients, and invoicing B2B clients
  • Responsible for orchestrating and producing a suite of reports for multiple departments: Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Directors.
  • Processing invoices and refunds in a timely manner
  • Following up, collecting and reporting on customers feedback
About you:The following skills will be helpful to enjoy and become successful in this position:
  • Previous administration/customer service experience essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A polite and helpful manner over the phone
  • Ability to identify priorities and anticipate business needs, showing equal concern for quality, accuracy, and detail
  • Good communicator and ability to prioritise workload
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player
  • Computer literate, able to use both excel and word.
  • Comfortable with Excel spreadsheets and collating information into reports
  • Ability to spot, record, and seek solutions to issues arising from our ever-developing internal tools in a calm manner.
