Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an indevidual with brilliant orgainsation and admin skills to assist and support our client, within the property sector.Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday between 9am to 5.30pm & Friday between 9am to 4.00pmThe successful candidate will join the business in providing key support to the Director, duties will include:

  • Minute taking at key organisational meetings and following through with Action Plans
  • Diary management - scheduling meetings and amendments to schedules
  • Prioritising a busy workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • High level admin and coordination support - utilizing Microsoft packages each day.
  • Undertake other work as may be required, which is consistent with the nature of the job and commensurate to the level of responsibility and to willingly lend support when possible
  • Organising personal appointments, running errands and other varied tasks.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn day to day property managment tasks within the lettings sector and naturally progress into a property manager.If this role is of interest to you, please submit your CV.
