Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant for an initial 5 month contract commencing 24th July 2023 on a rate of £11.53 per hour PAYE. This role will be working from home however hybridworking arrangements may be available.Responsibilities:- Check Freephone messages and recording details on our IT system.- Check generic e-mail inbox and pass on information to relevant colleagues.- Provide Administrative support for Recruitment of volunteers: e-mailing info to applicants / requesting info from them, ordering ID badges etc. and maintaining recruitment info databases- Provide IT support to volunteers over the phone (typically providing log-in support, resetting passwords etc.).- Process volunteers’ expenses claims. - Raise purchase orders to support colleagues (venues and catering, car hire, hotel bookings etc.)- Arrange travel and accommodation for volunteers.- Check invoices against purchase orders and process invoices.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
