Job Description

Three Bridges Recruitment’s client is looking for a practice Accounts Assistant for an exciting new permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a busy finance office within a large organisation. The salary is flexible based on the rightcandidate. JobThe role of Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
  • Work closely for limited companies and partnerships to dedicated sole traders
  • Conduct independent examinations for charities and prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for clients across various sectors
  • Directly liaise with clients regularly
  • Processing an array of invoices
  • Occasional payroll responsibilities
YouAs an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
  • At least 1 year in financial practice or an AAT qualification / equivalent
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills with both finance professionals and external stakeholders
  • Have a good commercial awareness
  • Experience with accounts production software like Xero and Sage will be helpful
