Job Description

ACCOUNT MANAGER - Home BasedThe OpportunityThis is a home-based role with responsibility to protect, retain and grow a designated portfolio of existing national accounts. Using your account development skills this role will enable you to develop strong relationships to ensure that your accounts areretained and opportunities are identified.Account Manager Package

  • £50k - £55k Basic, £75k OTE uncapped, £4500 car allowance, Home Based, Flexible working hours

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 70 accounts
  • Achieving set KPIs based on Retain, Review, Develop & Control
  • Conducting 10-15 Teams meetings with clients per week with occasional face to face meetings
  • Highly motivated to deliver results sourced from cross selling opportunities within the account base
  • Hard working and resilient work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other customers and stakeholders in the business
  • Accurate reporting, project management and data analysis skills
  • Ability to resolve problems swiftly
  • Enjoys and feels part of a successful National Account Manager team
  • The National Account Manager will conduct regular customer review meetings, presenting in depth MI, identifying opportunities to develop the account
  • Provide accurate MI to key accounts
  • The National Account Manager will identify revenue projection gaps early
  • Ensure effective calendar management - maximizing personal effectiveness and minimizing down time
  • Actively seek out ideas and opportunities to increase business within the designated portfolio
  • Write proposals and be involved with complex tenders
  • Present solutions to key stakeholders - understanding customer process and specific business needs
  • Actively involved in business planning and shaping the way this role can be fully profitable with your line manager
