Job Description

Looking to join a growing business as part of a fun and successful team Were supporting AFG Media/Morphsuits on a new Account Manager to play a key role in their continued success.As a provider of fancy dress costumes for a number of key celebrations that take place throughout the year - such as Christmas and Halloween - they do some fantastic work and have a great story to tell. Whilst this will be based from their lovely Edinburghcity centre offices, youll also have the opportunity to travel to some great destinations throughout the year.Working with some fantastic clients across the globe, this is a fantastic role for someone passionate about building long-lasting relationships.If you come with a solid grounding within Account Management and not feeling the excitement with the current product lines you are working on, Id love to hear from you.Were looking for:

  • A strong commercial mindset

  • A great attitude and desire to build long-lasting relationships
  • Flexibility - in an ever-changing landscape, priorities can change so flexibility and being able to adapt is key
  • A keen learner
  • Excellent data skills - youll be comfortable working your way through Excel and dealing with data
You will be:
  • Operating as one of the points of contacts for a number of large key clients
  • Cultivating and building long-term relationships and inputting to wider client strategy
  • Working closely with one of the Directors, providing support where necessary
  • Managing client requests, orders and any support queries
  • Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects - such as leading the production of product line videos
  • Working closely with production and finance teams to calculate margins
  • Preparing client reports/data request
Youll be part of a great team who work hard but have fun at the same time. This is a full-time position based from their lovely Edinburgh office (with option to work 1 day from home) however we can also consider part-time at 4 days per week.Sound like you Get in touch with Scott @ Denholm now.
