Job Description

If youre a tenacious, hands-on and personable Account Manager who has a passion for ensuring client priorities are met, we want to hear from you!Denholm is delighted to be working with one of the UKs leading agencies, who bring ideas and technology together to power brands and businesses. Think Agency Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Data/CRM, all working side by side, solving problems as one collaborativeteam with the client.In this new role, youll be working closely with Creative and Production Teams as well as the client and key stakeholders, ensuring theres a joined-up approach across every project and driving best in class briefs that create award winning work. Along theway, youll ensure key communication and business outcomes are achieved.What youll be doing:Working within the account management department you will be the conduit between the client and agency. This means youll be the day-to-day contact ensuring were meeting the clients needs, solving strategic problems and above all, keeping projects on trackand within budget, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing your own time and expectations of others within scrum and tribe. Understanding the clients business strategy and working with Senior Agency team on contributing towards its success
  • Campaign management - creation of timing plan and deliverables lists, production and supplier bookings and managing email build using components from owned interface, deploying and analysis using Adobe toolkits.
  • Approvals - managing assets through financial promotion and brand approvals process as well as proofing items before going live.
  • Publish - files passed for quality control, published using Adobe Experience Manager and delivered to 3rd party partners as required.
Who were looking for:
  • Experienced in client-handling, with the confidence and ability to negotiate with and influence peers, Senior Managers and Executives
  • Good at problem solving
  • A good awareness and understanding of campaigning and achieving business outcomes
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies preferred Sociable and collaborative - thrives on building relationships
  • Well organised with an eye for detail
  • Excellent knowledge in internal and comms & marketing methodologies and tools
  • Gathering information from a range of different sources and in several ways with the ability to then analyse this data and recommend the right way forward
  • A flair for creativity and innovation
  • Minimum two years agency experience
