Job Description

Role: 2nd Line Support EngineerLocation: EdinburghSalary: £30,000 + Unrivalled progression & training opportunitiesINTERVIEWING NOW - DO NOT MISS OUTAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals in a well-established and forward-thinking Marketing company based in Edinburgh They are looking for a personable person to provide them with comprehensive 2nd line support and assisting on technical projects.The Role:

  • Troubleshoot 2nd line issues
  • Assisting with the delivery of projects in the cloud & on-prem
  • Support colleagues with escalated issues from the helpdesk
  • Actively contribute to maintaining and acquiring accreditations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving high level technical problems whilst updating the call management system
    • Desired Experience includes:
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Exchange Server
  • Virtualisation - Hyper-V & VMware
  • LAN/WAN (routers, switches)
  • Backup and DR Solutions
  • Server Hardware
  • Storage Infrastructure
  • O365/Azure
