We have an exciting opportunity to be working with an Edinburgh-based managed service provider, who pride themselves on their ability to deliver results to their clients through their long serving expertise.You will be providing front line support to a range of clients, guiding customers through the process of troubleshooting, diagnosing issues with hardware and software applications through to resolution both over the phone and where required, face to face.You will need to be proactive, inquisitive and someone who is genuinely passionate about technology and enjoys fully understanding the why of an issue rather than just a quick how to.Were looking for those with a strong foundation in IT, particularly Windows and Microsoft Office. An IT-related qualification would be great, but its far from essential. What really counts is that innate love for and understanding of IT - if that soundslike you, youll be right at home.This company has an excellent culture, and there is a real sense of camaraderie and team-working.
