Reed Business Support are currently working with an extremely reputable client of ours that are recruiting for a very exciting opportunity.Over the last year our client has seen a massive expansion and business is constantly rising. Because of this their Edinburgh office has continued to grow and now is the time to add another fantastic candidate to their Edinburgh operation.Job Title- Service Department CoordinatorSalary- £22,000-£25,000Location- West EdinburghThe Service Department Coordinator will work as part of a team, to service and maintain clients security systems. At times the service administrator may also provide support to other departments.The role requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy.Duties-Customer Calls Reacting to client call out requests Logging calls onto the Service Administration software package ensuring these calls are closed off accurately & efficiently with all relevant dates and times correctly received from engineers and recorded Actioning any remedial or follow up visits and deal with any equipment requirements Making sure that clients have copies of the service reportsClient Reports Monthly client reports Exporting the callout data to create corrective call lists per month and applying this data from pivot tables creating line and bar charts using pivotable tools in excel and adding these charts to Power PointContract ListEnsuring Engineers have the latest contract list. 4hour response clients to be clearly indicated with CS numbers where there is a Policed response activePPM List.Scheduling PPM visits for at least six months aheadDistributing schedule to the regional teamsProviding administrative supportCheck all these type of call outs are being invoiced and chased where applicable.Invoicing Maintaining a real time list of the current invoicing, including credits issued Invoice or Pro-Forma at least one month ahead of any renewals Monitoring incoming payments and reacting accordingly.Contract renewals Reporting from the database, sending out well in advance and chasing nearer the renewal date.Quotes Providing quotes or facilitate that quotes are sent out for remedial works, recommendations or requests.We are looking for someone that is looking to join a business that promote internal growth, upskilling and a healthy working environment.Sound like the role for youApply online today!
