They now want hard-working, Master’s educated graduates to join their global enterprise and assist them in strengthening the company’s sales growth plan!Global Sales Planning Analyst Package:- A competitive basic salary of £25,000- OTE/Commission when you succeed/excel within the role- Excellent progression, learning and development potential- our client is passionate about the successful candidate progressing into a more senior sales role over time, so there will be strong opportunities and encouragement for professional development within the company!- Regular team socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment- Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes- PensionGlobal Sales Planning Analyst Role:- Gain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering in order to educate prospects where necessary- Researching specific opportunities, markets or countries to help identify new opportunities and providing input to major bids- Set a framework for Sales planning on an annual, quarterly and ad hoc basis, specifying requirements at a region and local level, and consolidating regional sales plans and corporate priorities into a global sales plans- Help to create and develop strategies/proposals for entry or expansion in target markets/product areas- Report on sales performance and commercial activity by our competitors, ensuring we have insight into the latest market developments- Lead the measurement, tracking and reporting of sales performance with clear and detailed analysis, in order to identify trends and potential actions to improve performance- Ensure that all key internal commercial meetings and events have a strong sales planning agenda, producing presentations and reports on current performance and future plansGlobal Sales Planning Analyst Requirements:- Educated to a Master’s degree level- Business, Marketing, Aviation or a Research orientated degree are preferable (however, the role is not restricted to these)- Possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbally, as well as excellent interpersonal skills- Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)- Strong analytical skills- Commercial acumen- Ability to learn quickly- you will need to grasp the aviation sector and understand the perspectives of airline customers- Target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed- these are a must as you progress into a more senior, front-line sales rolePareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
