Our client is known around the world for their product quality and has the advantage of letting the productspeak for itself.Set in Edinburgh Airport our client is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the site, serving high quality breakfast and lunch food, refreshing and unique cocktails in a brand-new modern site set in a fantastic busylocation.Global Talent 2020s Assistant Manager role offers great flexible working hours to ensure a healthy work/life balance with early starts and early finishes each day, as well as the opportunity to work 4 days a week or 5 days a week. There are also secureplans to expand to airports around the world, so some brilliant progression and travel opportunities for those that make their mark!The person:Our passionate client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing Assistant Manager or a Supervisor ready for the next step up. Someone who is confident at leading a team of 15-20 is reliable, positive and ambitious to fit the clients drive mentality.The role would also suit someone with bar or restaurant management experience that is interested in a shift in pace from late nights to early mornings.The ideal Assistant Manager candidate must have had prior experience of working in a high volume bar or restaurant, specifically with bar training and cocktail experience.
