Due to the acquisition of new contracts, our client, a well-established water treatment/hygiene company now has a vacancy for an experienced and competent Water Treatment Pre-commissioning Engineer based in or around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within in a pre-commissioning role and be confident in carrying out the flushing of water systems to BSRIA guidelines. Consideration will be given to applications from Coventry, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & experience:Must have extensive experience in carrying out Pre-Commissioning work within the water treatment industry.Have hands on experience flushing water systems to BSRIA guidelines. Will come from a strong chemical and water treatment background.Excellent communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft office package.Role:Carrying out pre-commissioning cleaning on the systems according to BSRIA standards.Balance flushing of Heated/Chilled Systems. Flushing, sampling and dosing of Closed Systems. Water/ Legionella Sampling.Dosing - CHW and LTHW systems and washing systems.Chemical and tank cleans.Chlorination and disinfection works in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines.Schematic drawings and producing accurate reports.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
