Our client is a fast-growing well established property investment training company. It urgently seeks three Sales Closers seeking a high-income opportunity for its office in central Birmingham. The office, in the city of Birmingham is plushand will be the base for the UK and later international ambitions. This is a business to consumer company with a substantial market potential. As people throughout the UK are wary of inflation, economic turmoil, and other factors the interest in property investmenthas never been greater. Investors are also turning away from traditional investment and moving to property as something far more secure. Houses after all go up with inflation and the mortgages are reduced by it.Career development will be accelerated for the very ambitious and money hungry. In the first 3 months there will be a review of basics, commissions, and possible promotion. If you are serious about a six-figure income this is for you. We are looking to recruit3 people and promote one of them to Team Leader as soon as possible. We expect all team members to exceed six figure incomes. The opportunity is now to make money in a very buoyant market. The company also has a large quantity of leads of property investorsfrom its various marketing and other activities.This will be an office-based position primarily high performance selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic and energy filled atmosphere. We are moving fast, making money and promotions will happen quickly. You will be paid a basicof at least £25,000 per month plus commission during this period. From month 3 you should be earning over £50-75K pa rate and topped £100K by the end of the second quarter. The UK market is far bigger and has much more potential for the money hungry telephoneselling sales professional. He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit.Sales professionals with knowledge and/or experience in selling training, investment, estate agency, property or any b2c product on the telephone will be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given. This is an investment product you willbe selling. Customers invest first in or training courses. They then wisely invest their money in property using our success formulas established over many years and expect and receive excellent returns. Because of this you can expect further bookings andreferrals of their friends and family. You will be used to a dynamic telephone sales environment based from our central Birmingham office and confident that you can bring in lucrative new business. Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positiveattitude is a must. Many previous clients are available as testimonials who have benefitted financially form the training.
