To apply or to register your interest, please contact Kaye on or email with your CV, or simply callfor a confidential discussion and quote Job Ref: 9515JOB TITLE: Regulatory ParalegalLOCATION: West Midlands (+ some home working)SALARY: £13.80 per hour + holiday payTHE ROLE:Providing expert assistance to a busy regulatory team, the successful Regulatory Paralegals will be working alongside permanent team members to process and investigate a wide range of complaints concerning the conduct of professionals within their field. Thekey duties of this role will be to review the initial compliant, establishing jurisdiction and correct signposting or allocation. This role does include an administrative element however also features a high degree of technical work, offering exceptional exposurefor those building their paralegal career.This role will require office presence 1-2 days per week in the West Midlands, with the remaining days worked from home. IT equipment will be supplied by the client for home working purposes.THE CANDIDATE:This role is well suited to an experienced Paralegal or Legal caseworker with at least two years of relevant experience. This experience should include carrying your own caseload of legal matters, taking responsibility for prioritising your workload and meetingset targets. You will be able to demonstrate clear experience in evidence gathering, decision making and stakeholder engagement, in addition to excellent analytical skills. You will be required to pass a DBS check and referencing checks prior to commencingwork.
