They are on a mission to redefine the standards of care delivery and need an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Manager to help them succeed.Role Overview:As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:" Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and supported living services." Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery." Building and leading a passionate and skilled care team." Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders." Implementing quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.I am seeking a Registered Manager with:" Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management (You could be a deputy manager looking to step up or a registered manager seeking a new challenge)" Relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of CQC regulations." Strong leadership and interpersonal skills." The ability to innovate and drive positive change." A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care."
